After Sales Service and Support

If a device should ever fail, quick help is important. As a long-standing partner for the distribution and service of ISOTECH devices and as a manufacturer of eXacal products, we are able to react and help you at short term.

  • To minimise turnaround times, all repairs are carried out in-house. This means that your devices do not have to be sent to the manufacturer.
  • Only original parts are used for the repair of your devices. This guarantees the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Should an adjustment or recalibration be necessary after a repair, this can be done in our in-house DAkkS calibration laboratory D-K-15224-01-00 according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
  • Firmware updates for milliK / millisKanner / microK / microsKanner are automatically carried out by our service department during repairs or recalibrations. This guarantees that your devices are always at the latest software level.
